Bulletin Board

The Bulletin Board allows vendors who want to partner with another vendor on a Grant Opportunity to create a posting. The Bulletin Board allows a registered user to request a partner or find another grantee who is looking for a partner. Both registered users and guests can view BBS postings, but only registered users can post to the BBS.

You can narrow the list of records on the BBS by entering a value in the search fields.

• The Keyword Search scans the Grant Opportunity ID, Opportunity Description, Doc Dept, Grant Code Description, and Coordinator Name for the occurrence of the keyword.  

• The Show Me search field allows you to narrow the listing of opportunities by the following options:

• All Postings – Allows you to view all grant opportunities in the system. This is the default view.

• Closing Soon – Allows you to view all grant opportunities that have a Closing On date within a specific number of days specified during system setup.

• Recently Published – Allows you to view postings on opportunities that have been published within a certain number of days.

• Recent Amendments – Allows you to view postings on opportunities that have been amended within a certain number of days.
