What actions can I perform on the Grant Events page? What actions can I perform on the Grant Events page?

Authorized users can perform the following actions via the row-level menu for a Grant Event listed on this page:

  • Create Report - This action creates a Grant Report for the selected grant event. If a Grant Report already exists for the selected event, you will receive an error when this action is selected.  Since Grant Events fall into one of two categories: acceptance records, where the grantee must confirm their acceptance of the scheduled event, and grant progress reports, the Create Report action is used in both of these scenarios. Depending on the selected event, when the Create Report action is selected, you will either create a report or confirm acceptance of the scheduled event. If you attempt to create an acceptance record or a grant progress report after the Due Date of the event, the system issues a warning message, but still allows the report to be created.

  • Details - This action transitions you to the Grant Report page, which allows you to view grant report details.

  • View Attachments - This action allows you to view attachments for the event, as set up by the grant schedule.
