Published Solicitations

You can narrow the list of solicitations by entering a value in the search fields.  

• The Keyword Search scans the Solicitation Number, Solicitation Description, Department, Commodity Description, and Buyer Name for the occurrence of the keyword.  

• The Show Me search field allows you to narrow the listing of solicitations by the following options:

• All Solicitations - Allows you to view all solicitations in the system. This is the default view.

• My Commodities - Allows you to view solicitations only for their registered commodities.

• Open Solicitations - Allows you to view all solicitations with the solicitation status of Open.

• Closing Soon - Allows you to view all solicitations that are closing soon.

• Recently Published - Allows you to view all solicitations that have been published recently.

• Recent Amendments - Allows you to view all solicitations that have been amended recently.

• Recent Intents - Allows you to view all solicitations that have an intent to award created for them.

• Recent Awards - Allows you to view all solicitations that have been awarded.

Additional search fields can be populated by selecting the Show More link.  You can hide the additional search fields by selecting the Show Less link.  Click the Search link to initiate the search using the search criteria.  Click Reset to clear the values in the search fields.

You can respond to a Solicitation by clicking the Respond button in the grid for the desired solicitation.  The Respond button takes you to the Solicitation Response page.

Select the expanding arrow for the solicitation in the grid to view summary information about the solicitation.  Select the Solicitation Number link to transition to the Solicitation Information page, which provides detailed information about the solicitation.

Surplus Auctions can be searched for and viewed on the Surplus Auctions resource page.  You can access this page via the Business Opportunities activity on the Primary Navigation Panel.
