The information provided on this page will be sent to the Financial administrator for review, and it is used as part of the verification process when activating a vendor account. Make sure to provide correct and accurate information to assist the administrators in completing their reviews.
What happens when I click Submit?What happens when I click Submit?
The information you provide will be sent to the appropriate administrator for verification review. You will be navigated back to the Account Verification page where you can close your session, as you await the result of the verification review. The verification process can take a number of days, based on the site’s approval process. Once complete, an email will be sent to the email address you provided with an Activation Code.
