You can narrow the list of surplus auctions by entering a value in the search fields.
The Keyword Search scans the Solicitation Number, Solicitation Description, Department, Commodity Description, and Buyer Name for the occurrence of the keyword.
The Show Me search field allows you to narrow the listing of surplus auctions by the following options:
All - Allows you to view all surplus auctions in the system. This is the default view.
My Commodities - Allows you to view solicitations only for your registered commodities.
Open - Allows you to view all surplus auctions with the solicitation status of Open.
Closing Soon - Allows you to view all surplus auctions that are closing soon.
Recently Published - Allows you to view all surplus auctions that have been published recently.
Recent Amendments - Allows you to view all surplus auctions that have been amended recently.
Recent Intents - Allows you to view all surplus auctions that have an intent to award created for them.
Recent Awards - Allows you to view all surplus auctions that have been awarded.
Additional search fields can be populated by selecting the Show More link. You can hide the additional search fields by selecting the Show Less link. Click the Search link to initiate the search using the search criteria. Click Reset to clear the values in the search fields.

You can respond to a surplus auction by clicking the Respond button in the grid for the desired solicitation. The Respond button takes you to the Solicitation Response page.

If the Closing Date and Closing Time have passed, then the Respond button cannot be selected.
Select the expanding arrow for the solicitation in the grid to view summary information about the solicitation. Select the Solicitation Number link to transition to the Solicitation Information page, which provides detailed information about the solicitation.
Solicitations that are not Surplus Auctions can be searched for and viewed on the Published Solicitations resource page. You can access this page via the Business Opportunities activity on the Primary Navigation Panel.
