W8 Forms

The W-8 Forms tab displays the current list of W-8 Forms that are associated with your organization.  You can click on the PDF Form link next to the W-8 Form to see all the information contained in the selected W-8 Form.

You can add new W-8 Forms by clicking the Add W-8 Form button. This navigates you to the Add W-8 Forms page where you can select the form you want to add and enter all the pertinent form information.

To modify W-8 Form information, click the View/Update action next to the form you want to update under the Existing W-8 Form Information section.  This navigates you to the View/Update W-8 Form page where you can view and modify the specific W-8 Form record assigned to your account.

To delete a W-8 Form, click the Delete action next to the record in the grid that you want to delete.  This navigates you to the View/Update W-8 Form page where you can delete the W-8 Form assigned to your account.

Your site may not allow W-8 Forms to be deleted by a VSS User (perhaps for historical record keeping) or you may not have the authority to delete W-8 Forms. Contact your Account Administrator if you feel that you should have access to delete W-8 Forms or your site’s administrator to find out why W-8 Forms cannot be deleted.

You can click on the Pending indicator next to the W-8 Forms tab to see the total set of changes that are pending review.  You can also drill down to the specific W-8 Forms on the grid to see the specific updates pending for a particular record.

If your organization is classified as Foreign and you do not see a W-8 Forms section, your site may not require or allow you to add and update W-8 Form information. Contact your site's administrator if you feel that you should have access to update W-8 Form information for your account.
