Events Schedule Search

The Events Schedule Search page displays a list of schedules that is associated with the grantee account. All of the published schedule records that are associated with the Grant Opportunity and the grantee are listed on this page. For example, if a Grant Event Schedule record exists with only the Grant Funding Opportunity information and a second Grant Event Schedule record exists with the Grant Funding Opportunity information and the grantee’s Grant Funding Application information, both rows are displayed on this page.

The Grant Funding Opportunity and Grant Funding Application associated with the grant schedule display as hyperlinks. By selecting these hyperlinks, you can navigate directly to the opportunity/application from this page.  

The values in these columns are calculated as follows:

• Total Events – This column displays the number of events tied to the Grant Events Schedule ID.

• In Progress/Completed Events – This column displays the number of events tied to the Grant Event Schedule ID that have at least one Grant Report record.

• Past Due Events – This column displays the number of events tied to the Grant Events Schedule ID that do not have a Grant Report record with a Status of Submitted or Approved where the Due Date for the grant event is past the application’s system date.

You can select one of the following actions from the page-level menu to filter the information displayed on the Events Schedule Search page.  

• All Schedules – displays all schedule records for grant opportunities where the grantee’s application has been approved.

• Past Due Schedules – displays schedules with at least one event that does not have a Grant Report record with a Status of Submitted or Approved and the Due Date is not blank and less than the application server’s system date.  

• Open Schedules – displays schedules with at least one event that has a Status other than Approved.  

• Completed Schedules – displays schedules where all events have a Status of Approved.  

• Recently Published Schedules – displays schedules that were recently published to VSS.  

You can view additional details about the Grant Event by selecting the Grant Events link from the row-level menu.
