This page displays a list of grant event acceptance or report records that are associated with the grantee account.

The Grant Funding Opportunity and Grant Funding Application records are displayed as hyperlinks so you can transition directly from this page.      

This page also includes the ability for grantees to access attachments associated with the grant event acceptance or report record, including attachments made as part of the grant report submission.

How can I search for specific information on the Grant Reports Search page?How can I search for specific information on the Grant Reports Search page?

The Grant Reports Search page can be searched by:

  • Status – You can use the drop-down list of status values to filter your search.

  • Event Description – You can enter keyword(s) to locate Grant Reports when searching by Event Description. Wildcard values are allowed.

  • Report ID – Grant Report records matching the entered Report ID are displayed. If you do not know the exact Report ID, wildcard values are allowed.

  • Schedule ID – Grant Report records matching the entered Schedule ID are displayed.

  • Schedule Name - You can enter keyword(s) to locate Grant Reports when searching by Schedule Name. Wildcard values are allowed.

  • Opportunity Description - You can enter keyword(s) to locate Grant Reports when searching by Opportunity Description. Wildcard values are allowed.

  • Submit Date From – Grant Report records where the Submit Date is equal or greater than the entered value are displayed.

  • Submit Date To – Grant Report records where the Submit Date is equal or less than the entered value are displayed.

What do the values in the Status field indicate?What do the values in the Status field indicate?

The Status field can have the following values:

  • Draft – This status indicates that a draft of the report has been created, but has not yet been submitted.

  • In Review - This status indicates that the grant report is being reviewed.

  • Submitted – This status indicates that the grant report has been submitted.

  • Clarification Needed – This status indicates that the grant coordinator has requested additional information to be provided regarding the grant report.

  • Clarification Provided – This status indicates that you have provided the additional information requested by the grant coordinator.

  • Approved – This status indicates that the grant report has been approved.

  • Rejected – This status indicates that the grant report has been rejected.

  • Restricted – This status indicates that the grant report has been restricted.

What actions can I perform on the Grant Reports Search page?What actions can I perform on the Grant Reports Search page?

Authorized users can perform the following actions via the row-level menu for a grant report listed on this page:

  • The Details action allows you to view more details about the selected grant report. When a grant report is selected and you click the Details action, you are taken to the Grant Report page.

  • The Summary action transitions you to the Grant Events page, which is filtered to display the selected grant event’s schedule information.

How do I view attachments associated with a Grant Report?How do I view attachments associated with a Grant Report?

Attachments associated with a Grant Report can be viewed by the Grant Report page. Select the Details action from the row-level menu to transition to the Grant Report page, then navigate to the Attachments/Comments tab.
